Yiannis Fotopoulus and Nolan LaPerche combined on a five-inning no hitter to help Flood Ford to a 13-0 win over South Kingstown/Narragansett. The duo recorded 12 of the 15 outs via strikeouts.

Steve Maynard and Braeden Daley led the Flood offense with two hits each.

In addition to his hitting, Daley made an outstanding running catch in left center in the top of the fifth inning to preserve the no-hitter.

Led by the solid pitching of Jack Colvin and 13-hit attack, Warwick PAL won their sixth league game of the year with a 13-6 victory over East Greenwich.

Colvin allowed just one hit while striking out seven in five innings of work.

Austin Wheeler and Cayden Landy combined for five hits and five RBI’s. Also, Connor Farrell and Jayden Gonzalez each had two hits.

Backed by 13 runs on 14 hits, Logan Dean picked up his second victory in a row by pitching a two-hit shutout over Slocum Baseball Club, 13-0.

In five innings of work, he struck out six batters.

Offensively, Josh Pedus continued his torrid summer hitting by going 4/4 with one double, one triple and four RBI’s. In addition, the Black and Orange received solid games from Nick Andruchow (two doubles, three runs scored and two RBI’s), Jack Proulx (one triple, three runs scored and three RBI’s), Logan Dean (2/4, one run scored and two RBI’s ), Caden Denton (2/3, two runs scored), Zack Lawrence (rbi single) and Anthony Burt(1/3, one run scored).

Led by the one-hit pitching of Tony DeLuca, Warwick PAL shutout West Warwick, 7-0.

DeLuca struck out six batters and allowed just one batter (Zack Lawrence) to reach safely with a hit. Jack Colvin struck out two batters in the seventh inning for PAL.

West Warwick received solid pitching in middle relief by Zach LaBonte, who struck out six batters and allowed no earned runs in 3 1/3 innings.

Dylan Perreault provided Warwick with an early 2-0 lead with a two-run home run in the top of the first inning.

For the game, Warwick PAL, who had fourteen hits, received multiple hits from Perreault (2/4, one home run & 2 rbi’s), Conor Salzillo (2/3, one double), Shane Moro (2/4, one double), Jayden Gonzalez (2/4, 2 rbi’s) and Sam Shelton (2/3, 2 stolen bases & 2 rbi’s).

Led by the hitting and pitching of Josh Pedus (pictured), West Warwick defeated Woonsocket, 6-3.

Pedus, who was named the Divisional Player of the Year in Division Three for the past two years, not only pitched a three-hit complete game, but also drove in four runs.

In seven innings, the righty struck out ten batters and allowed just three runs on three hits.

At the plate, Pedus went 3/3 with a double and triple. Nick Andruchow, Zack Lawrence and Tony Corrado also singled for WWCM.
